Our family’s construction story began in Michoacán, Mexico, during the 1970s, when Raul Alvarado Corona began working in the construction industry. Through years of hard work, he built a legacy founded on honesty, integrity, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
These values became the foundation of our family’s work and were passed down to his two sons who became the founders of this company.
Building upon that strong foundation, we proudly bring the same principles, experience, and dedication to every project to the Central Coast. Proudly holding a General-B Contractor license from the Contractors State License Board, we are committed to serving our clients.
Today, the third generation has joined the family business, carrying forward the traditions and values established. Together, we look forward to continuing our family’s legacy and serving communities throughout the Central Coast for many years to come.

We will meet at the project site to gather information about the build and discuss your plans, vision, needs, and expectations.
Our team will take 3-10 business days to prepare a detailed proposal. During this time, we review the scope and complexity of the build along with the materials and labor required.
You can review the proposal and ask follow-up questions during this stage. Once the proposal is approved and the agreement is complete, we will establish your project’s work schedule.
We complete a final review to confirm the work meets our standards and the original agreement before the project is finalized.
